About the product: The Meray nut mix contains a mixture of different types of nuts. It contains corn, chickpeas, pistachios, almond kernels and hazelnut kernels. A unique pleasure!

Processing: Pistachio kernels roasted and salted in their shells, almond kernels roasted and salted, hazelnut kernels roasted, corn and chickpeas are freshly roasted and packaged into the unique mixture in our own production.

Characteristics:

A pleasant scent of roasted nuts. A good taste of the mixed ingredients.

Harvest: Pistachios are harvested in September, almond kernels are harvested from August to November, the hazelnut harvest begins in early autumn, around mid-September, the harvesting time for corn depends on usage and chickpeas are harvested in April/May.

Cultivation: Turkish pistachios in the shell, almonds from the USA and Chile, hazelnut kernels from Turkey, corn is grown extensively in Central Europe, chickpeas are harvested in parts of Asia and Australia.
